How to Book
Foreign license conversion in Tokyo requires advance online booking — walk-ins are not accepted. Book through the Tokyo Metropolitan Police Department's official website (search: 東京都 外国免許切替 予約).
Slots fill up 2–4 weeks in advance. Weekends are especially competitive.
